Placing an Order:

• To place an order please visit Kricket's Kritters WebStore at www.kricketskritters.com

• Your order can be shipped to you or you can schedule an appointment to pick it up.
• Kricket's Kritters is located in the Inner SE Portland, Oregon.
  

Pick-Up Information:

• Appointments are required for all visits, pick-ups and drop-offs.

• **IMPORTANT - Please allow 48 HOURS between order placement date and pick-up date.**

• Kricket's Kritters does not offer a storefront, however local pick-up of orders is possible with an appointment.

• Enter the date and time you would like to come pick-up the order in the "Notes" section when you place your order.

• Please be prompt, if you'll be late or need to reschedule please call as early as possible so that I can schedule the day accordingly.

• If you are consistantly late, or if you are a no show, shipment of future orders may be required.

• If I am unavailable at the time you request, I will call you to reschedule.

• Please schedule your pick-up during the week, Monday through Friday.

• Reptile supplies orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail depending on what you select during the checkout process.
   

Payment Methods:

• Cash, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, PayPal, and Credit Cards, are accepted.

  • Orders paid using Credit Cards must be processed through PayPal. We can not process credit cards outside of PayPal.

   

• Money orders (Western Union is preferred) & Certified Cashiers Checks should be made payable to Kricket's Kritters and should be mailed to:

• Orders paid using PayPal be placed via Kricket's Kritters WebStore only.

• Cash is only accepted in person. Do not mail cash!

• Orders must be paid in full and payment must be cleared upon pick-up or prior to the item being shipped.

Live Kritter Orders:

Kricket’s Kritters has discontinued sales of all live Kritters (Bearded Dragons & Crickets).

Instead Kricket's Kritters focus is providing a resource that facilitates education about providing high quality care to Bearded Dragons with attention to diet, health, behavior, and responsible caregiving, while also addressing our responsibility to the environment and ecosystems.
